Download the portable training CLI. Extract it and run these commands with Node 22 or later. It has no npm dependencies and needs no account.

Save the complete program as program.json. Include its title in a {title,program} envelope, or add --title "Program title" to the share command. Use - instead of a file to read JSON from standard input. Return the exact share_url the command prints. The archive includes the full reference in scripts/ITRAIN-CLI.md.

Program quality

Catalog programs default to four weeks. Quality checks require complete prescriptions, movement coverage and an explicit progression. Programs you write yourself can be shorter.
